The Client

Camberley Engineers, formed in April 2000, is an established agency with offices in the UK and Nigeria. The increasing demand in the Renewable Energies sector are aligned to strict Government targets to generate 35% of the UK’s overall electricity demand from renewable energy sources by 2020. Camberley Engineers is already expanding to meet these demands head on and is on track to be one of the first to offer a unique business services solution in this area.

The Requirement

The existing website was created in 2008 and required a number of content and design enhancements to reflect the new business model. The website would need to be updated at regular intervals in order to maximise Search Engine Optimisation and provide users with up to date information. These updates would need to be easy for a non-technical user to implement.  It was also necessary to complete the project in time for an international trade fair where the company would be showcasing their new look.

The Solution

Creative Internet By Design Ltd was able to upgrade the static page structure to a web based content management system. The new site also utilises a role based permissions mechanism to determine who can update content.

Creative Internet By Design also created a stunning new look for Camberley Engineers, incorporating a new logo, type face and colour scheme which support the company profile and message. The site design ensures that the four key areas of Renewable Energy, Oil and Gas, Power and Infrastructure and Railways remain prominent when navigating the site.

The Result

The company’s marketing division were able to showcase the new website with confidence in order to increase world wide recognition and consequently win new contracts.  The modern content management system also pushed forward the idea of increased work efficiency inside the company.
